In preparation for the 2010, 89th Annual “Educating Tomorrow’s Leaders Today,” WAFC Convention at the JW Marriott Desert Springs in Palm Desert, California, private meeting rooms have been reserved. New for 2010, meeting rooms will be equipped with state-of-the-art connectivity panels to project laptop presentations on high definition television screens.

WAFC Retailers and Wholesalers will be hosting meetings on:

Sunday, April 18, 9:30a.m–5:00 p.m.
Monday, April 19, Noon–5:00 p.m.
Tuesday, April 20, 1:30p.m.–5:15 p.m.

Suppliers and Brokers need to submit requests directly to
Retailers and Wholesalers prior to March 17, 2010 to schedule meetings

Please note that you must be a Registered Convention Delegate to participate in the meetings. Badges are required.
